You do not have to be a churchgoer to ask about any of these, and asking commits you to nothing. Telephone the parish office and a person will answer.

Anyone who lives in the parish may have their funeral here, whether or not they ever came to church.

Baptisms and christenings
They are the same thing. Anyone living in the parish may ask, and there is no charge.
